Room for Rent
Looking for a student to fill up our last bedroom!
- 5-Bedroom duplex, all students living here. Quiet house with no huge parties (having friends over is fine, but we don’t throw keggers or anything).
- Rent is $285/month + utilities (usually comes out to around $350/month total).
- Laundromat and convenience store next door.
- On the bus route for the Trent Express, Trent Fleming, and George North heading to terminal, and a one minute walk to Trent East Bank stop.
- Located on Dublin and George St.
- Pets are allowed. Currently one cat living here who will be remaining in the house all year (she’s a quiet thing, keeps to herself… photos of her are here if you’re interested in seeing her!)
