my friend was telling me about about a motion going through in which all students would have to pay a set fee for tuititon regardless of the number of courses that they are taking.

Just wondering if anyone has rented from Springer Group (a property maintenance group like Keystone, Varsity, etc.)? Are their properties fairly well taken care of? Things fixed quickly, do they usually have decent tenants?

I know Berkeley doesn’t allow fireworks, so do you know the nearest place they’re legal (i.e. the nearest place I could purchase some)? I know they have them in Sacramento, but I’d prefer to not go quite so far.
