Marketing-oriented identity

A recent post here resulted in much discussion of UW’s new “marketing-oriented” logo. There is now a Facebook group protesting the new logo that has exploded to nearly 4000 people over the last two days. Just thought you might like to know.

For anyone fed up with this and other instances of UW’s corporate behaviour, I’ll take the liberty of plugging my Facebook group that calls for UW to act more like a university and less like a corporation.
