I’m having trouble getting some Endnote references to format correctly, even though I seem to be doing things “right” according to the help pages. I’m hand entering the occasional reference, and the author list doesn’t come out at all right. I enter the list like so:
Chao, L.
Hanley, K.
Burch, C.
Dahlberg, C.
Turner, P.
with each [...]

I’m looking to apply to a position at U. of Chicago, but since I won’t actually be a student until Autumn 09, I do not yet have a log in.  Can anyone tell me what the pay scale  range for "E-24" is?
