A new edition of Steve Lynn’s Texts and Contexts just came out, but is very expensive. Older editions, such as 1998 and 2000, are much cheaper. Do you think there’s any real reason I should spring $50+ for the new one when I could get an older version for $5?

What’s the convention on listing GPA on resumes? Is it accepted practice to calculate and post GPAs different from what is listed on our UC transcript?
My “cumulative undergraduate GPA” (including CC credit) and one of my “major GPAs” are significantly higher than my UC GPA…
And do we have to go by the UC scale? A+=4.0 [...]
